Both hubby and I have been talking about making some changes to our health. We both have some extra weight that we want to remove. Yesterday, he mentioned a co-worker talking about a 30 day plank challenge. I actually like to do planks so this was intriguing. After the kids went to bed, I did some searching on the internet and found this great post from Raw Rebecca. This actually combined a squat challenge with a plank challenge. I was immediately interested! Today is the day that I begin the plank and squat challenge.
Who wants to join me?
I took some before pictures of my waist and hips (which I WILL NOT post here!) so that I can chart my progress. I am ready and so excited. I think that A-Man may join me and where A-Man joins in, T-Man is usually not too far behind.
